Product and bundle questions

Tell us which oral-care item you are considering, such as pulling oil, whitening patches, an LED whitening kit, cleaning tablets, a night guard kit, or oral freshness spray. Include the product link and the pack option if your question concerns quantities or included accessories.

Order and delivery support

Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of your question. If you need an address correction or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible so we can check the order's fulfillment status.

Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items

Describe the issue and, where useful, attach a photograph of the item, packaging, or label. For leaking oral-care liquids, damaged seals, or missing kit components, identify the affected item and quantity. Please do not send payment-card details or medical records.

Returns and other requests
