What does Sorqeth sell?
Our current oral-care range includes pulling oil, oral freshness spray, whitening patches, LED whitening kits with gel pens, denture and retainer cleaning tablets, and night guard kits.
How do I check what is included?
Read the selected option and product description before adding an item to your cart. Bottle quantities, box quantities, gel pens, and included accessories differ by product and bundle. Check the selected option again at checkout.
Do all oral-care products have the same instructions?
No. Whitening products, pulling oil, sprays, appliance cleaners, and night guards have different intended uses. Follow the instructions and precautions supplied with the particular product. Ask us for clarification about the listed item if information is unclear before purchasing.
Where do orders ship from and how long does shipping take?
We ship to destinations in Europe and the United States from California. Orders are processed within 7 days. Transit time after dispatch is within 7 days. Order processing and transit are separate stages. For questions about delivery to your destination or the dispatch status of an order, email support@sorqeth.com. Available shipping options and charges are shown during checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact support@sorqeth.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. We need to check fulfillment status before confirming whether the change can be made.
What if an item arrives damaged or something is missing?
Send your order number, the affected item and quantity, and a description of the issue to support@sorqeth.com. Photographs of damaged packaging, leaking bottles, labels, or missing kit components can help us understand the issue.
Can I return an unopened product?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days from the shipment date. Customers pay return shipping costs. Before returning oral-care liquids, whitening products, cleaning tablets, or a kit, email support@sorqeth.com with your order number, item, and quantity for return instructions.
Can I cancel an auto-renewing subscription?
You can cancel your auto-renewing subscription yourself at any time. If you have a subscription or recurring-charge question, email support@sorqeth.com with your order number or charge date. Do not send full payment-card details. Pack quantity refers to the number of items in a purchase; review your purchase terms for the payment arrangement.
