Why nighttime grinding deserves attention

How to wear

Before bed, follow the supplied fitting directions and gently position the guard on the upper or lower teeth.
Make sure it sits securely and comfortably without forcing it.
Remove it after waking.

Cleaning routine

Dissolve one supplied cleaning tablet in water as directed on the packaging.
Soak the removed guard for 5–10 minutes according to the supplier instructions.
Gently clean the inside and outside, rinse thoroughly to remove residue, and dry before storage.

Cleaning tablets are for the removed appliance only. Do not swallow tablets or cleaning solution, and do not use the solution as mouthwash. Keep out of reach of children.
