Three steps, with care at every stage

1. Prepare and peel

Read the enclosed instructions first. With clean hands, rinse your mouth as directed and carefully peel the strip from its backing.

2. Apply to the teeth

Place the gel side against the intended tooth surface and press gently, following the placement instructions. Avoid excess gel contact with the gums. The box states a 30-minute application; do not extend wear time or use more frequently than directed.

3. Remove as directed

Peel the strip away when the instructed time is complete and follow the package's after-use directions. Do not swallow the strips. Stop using them if sensitivity or irritation develops.
